EXMOUTH
DAY 3:
Another beautiful sunny day today, so we decided to take Diesel for a walk along the beach and collect more coral letters to create some words....
More Emu's seen on the road....
That night for dinner, Julia made Black Spotted Tusk fish, commonly known as Bluebone fish for dinner. We're not much of fish eaters but this was the best fish we have ever eaten! It was delicious, flaky tender fillets which Sam had speared and filleted himself....Yum Yum! After dinner, we went and had Bible study with a group of people from Sam and julia's church. It was great to be apart of a group Bible study again after not havng one since we left for our travels back in February.

DAY 4:Mrs F having a cuddle with Diesel....
....Sleepy times
Our first weekend in Exmouth and first day that the four of us spent the whole day together. Sam had arranged with his friend, Ross, for us to go out on his boat for the afternoon fishing and diving.
Unfortunately Mrs F is scared of the sea, mainly of big things with big teeth that may be lurking around, so was happy staying on the boat watching Sam and Ross go out spear fishing and Mr F line fishing. Mr F being a keen fisherman was in his element and caught a Spanish Flag fish.
It was really good being on the boat, a new and different experience which we enjoyed )even though Mrs F was feeling sea sick) and even better that Mr F caught a fish :-)
Sam going out to spear fish....
Julia going out to see fish.....there wasn't any :-(
Mr F with his Spanish Flag....
After a day on the boat in the hot sun, we all came back and had a little nap before we had a delicious home made pizza that Julia had made, eaten in the garden with the fire going....great way to end a great day.
DAY 5:
Today was a good day of boys doing boy stuff and girls doing girls stuff. After church, Mr F, Sam and Diesel went out fishing in Sam's tin boat, whilst Mrs F and Julia sat in the garden plucking eyebrows and painting nails :-) It was really good to just sit in the sunshine and have a good girl chat about God and all other things, getting to know eachother better....it was great :-)
The boys came back after 3hours having caught 3 fish between them, which Sam filleted and put straight in the freezer and some new Hermit crabs to go into Sam's fish tank. That night, friends of Sam and Julia from church came over with their 3 young kids and Mrs F made a large shepherds pie for everyone, which went down a treat.
Sam's pride and joy fish tank....
After the boys day out on the tinny, they pulled up chairs and watched the new Hermit crabs in their new home....
Clearly Happy Days! Good fishing Gal eh! Muv xx
