EXMOUTH -
TURTLE SPOTTING
As it's the wrong time of year for Turtle's to come to the beach to lay eggs, the chances of seeing one are really low, which was disappointing for Mrs F because that was one thing she really wanted to see. When we were walking along our favourite beach one afternoon looking for coral letters (again), Mr F shouted out to Mrs F that there is a Turtle in the sea!!
It wasn't a big one but looked like he was going to come right up onto the beach he was so close. Mrs F instantly whipped out her camera and went into the water a little to get a picture but the Turtle turned around and went back out to sea :-( He must have his dates all mixed up when he's supposed to come onto the beach! We got some pics of a shadow in the water that looks nothing like a Turtle, but it's stored in our memories and really thankful to God that we saw one :-)
We know, it looks nothing like a Turtle!....
Chilling out in the sun after our amazing Turtle spotting....
